Garden Wars is an ongoing prototype multiplayer sci-fi first-person shooter project in Unreal Engine 5. It reimagines the FPS experience by replacing traditional health bars with a unique energy system based on collectible orbs.

Matches take place across floating platforms and abandoned ruins. Players do not have health bars—mobility and combat efficiency depend on their Orb count. Losing Orbs slows a player down drastically.

Orbs can be fired as projectiles, collected, or stolen through combat. Strategic control of Orb zones and timing Orb drops is critical to team survival. Modes are fast-paced with short rounds and changing roles.

Visual Identity

The primary Orb color is #00c5cd — a luminous cyan that symbolizes balance and energy. This theme carries through to materials, lighting, VFX, and UI elements.

Stylized glow, black void backgrounds, and sharp contrast between ancient textures and radiant effects define the visual tone. VFX and lighting help guide player attention and hint at danger.

World & Architecture

The game world is constructed around floating platforms suspended in darkness. Each level segment reflects cultural elements of either the Remnants or Solari, with environmental storytelling woven into the layout and materials.

Remnant structures are inspired by a blend of Isfahan, Baroque, and Roman architecture—featuring marble columns, arches, and vertically stacked orbs embedded in sacred geometry. Materials such as polished stone, glass, and reflective metals catch ambient light and mirror the radiant glow of nearby Orbs, reinforcing their spiritual and visual presence.
